Professional Biography:
Photographer/director, Michael-Antonio Hunter, is best known for his high-impact, colorful fashion and surreal images as well as his glossy and digital fashion editorials and spreads. He has worked with and photographed for some of the most influential, up-and-coming magazines, models, make-up artist and stylist as well as a few of their established colleagues including (but not limited to) Trina, Tiffany Evans, Lil' Mo, Lola Monroe, Hazel-E, Nivea, Frankie&Neffe, America's Next Top Model winner and actress - Eva Pigford , celebrity designer - Stevie Boi and America's Next Top Model winner - Naima Mora, magazines such as Signature Hits, Staff and Crew, Fifty6, Modobook, Luxerepublic, MetroVogue and JAJADO, campaigns for Stevie Boi, Kennard Lilly, GiGi Barnett Couture, The Oliver Collection by Benjamin Allen and test for make-up represetatives of both Sephora and M.A.C cosmetics.

Personal Biography:
Prior, Michael was efficient in sketch artistry, painting and cartooning when he randomly slipped into photography in 2005 at the request of one of his close friends; it was a effortless and comfortable achievement and since then he has been commissioned for projects from models and fashion houses from all-around.
Multi-ethnic Michael Antonio Hunter was born in New York and began dancing at 5, spent his teens studying at National Blue Ribbon Institution: Baltimore City College High School and his college years in Frostburg State
University. He was the recipient of many dance awards in his younger years and received accolades for his work as an actor, assistant director and writer for independent film, "The Boyz." Additionally he was a recording artist under the stage name "Mike Dareh" where he wrote and co-produced all of his music. Though he still acts and sings, in 2006 Michael decided to focus on his photography and directing career.

Malibu Stevie
This particular shoot wasn't just a shoot, it was an all out production that took us to Atlanta, Washington D.C, Miami and New York to shoot all of them! It was - and still is - one of my favorite experiences overall. Met some wonderful people and tons of great memories. Soooo many WONDERFUL people were photographed for this collection and the glam squad in total is just as long as the clients! Celebrity hair-stylist and make-up artist Dariel Pulliam worked wonders on Gangsta Boo, Frank&Neffe and starred in it himself! Neon Fix transformed Stevie into 2 dolls and glammed up Hazel-E. So many more. Love everyone! Check it out!
The Cure
This was a fun shoot. We did this early in the year near February. This was a two part shoot. One was luckily in the hotel and the other set was shot on location on a beach, it was freeeeeeeezing! But Kamille Leai and Stevie Boi both worked through it with basically no clothes on! Wind was blowing and all. I'm suprised nobody got sick! Celebrity make-up artist Chris Lanston transformed them about 90 shades darker for the beach portion...I loved it!!
Fallen Angel
To this day, this is one of my FAVORITE series of photos! It was so much fun and I loved the outcome. Stevie and Lola Monroe were on-hand for this shoot and they helped me make it amazing. The glam squad on-hand were Steven on hair and Jaya on make-up and they did not fail! Trust me, I have the high-res undedited photos. lol. This one goes in the books!
